Position Information: Under supervision of the Senior Financial Analyst of Undergraduate Medical Education(UME), the Program in Medical Education(PRIME) Administrative Assistant will coordinate, schedule, and/or perform a wide variety of administrative support activities. Assignments may be confidential in nature. Responsible for communicating and scheduling of all curriculum seminars, activities & events with lecturers, students, staff, & community members involved. Initiates procurements, web recharges, travel coordination, and processes reimbursements for the financial activities & events of the program. Will coordinate & communicate the attendance of students & invitees for PRIME events. Develop and maintain and social media presence for the program through social media and networking events.
The full salary range for this position is from $29,691.36 - $42,553.44 annually at working 50% part time. The expected salary range is up to $34,859.16 annually at 50% part time. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
