Job DescriptionMetro State University, a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System, is seeking to hire an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. This is a full-time probationary (tenure-track) position within the Management, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management Department and will start on August 18, 2025.Responsibilities Faculty members are expected to:Teach Human Resource Management courses, such as employee training and development, introductory/advanced human resource management, compensation management, employee benefits, employment law, and staffing, effectively at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.Deliver courses in multiple formats, times, and locations, including face to face and online formats, daytime and evening sections
