Faculty Position in WOS at MIT Sloan
The Work and Organization Studies (WOS) group at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School located in Cambridge, MA is hiring a tenure-track faculty member to start July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as possible. The faculty member’s teaching and research should focus on work, employment, and organizational issues. The rank is open, and junior and senior candidates at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor levels will be considered. Faculty responsibilities include teaching courses and conducting research related to Work and Organization Studies.
