Job Description Summary The Associate Director is a member of the Center for Student Engagement, Activities, and Leadership team. The Associate Director reports to the Director of Leadership and Fraternity and Sorority Life. The Associate Director works with colleagues and stakeholders in the enhancement of student community engagement and leadership at Miami University. The Associate Director is responsible for supervising one to three Assistant Director(s) and provides supplementary support to two additional Assistant Directors.
