One-year, Full-time Faculty Position - Greek Language and Mediterranean CultureThe Department of Classical Studies at Brandeis University invites applications for a full-time, one-year instructor in Greek and Latin language and literature for the 2022â‘2023 academic year. The position, which carries a teaching load of five courses (3/2) may involve student advising (Masterâ™s Theses and undergraduate Senior Theses). A hire at the rank of lecturer is assumed but a higher rank will be considered if held previously by the offer candidate. Please note that Brandeis is now working with the assumption that all 2022-2023 courses will be taught in person. Courses to be taught may include introductory Greek, New Testament Greek, and topics in Mediterranean history and culture.
