Northwestern State University's Department of New Media, Journalism, and Communication Arts seeks candidates for the Erbon and Marie Wise Endowed Chair. The unclassified, non-tenure track position is for a scholar and/or practitioner with an advanced degree and/or significant professional experience to teach three undergraduate courses per semester in sports media, media writing, sports promotion, and/or sports data analysis. Incumbent will serve as an adviser for students who are interested in the department's sports media concentration and for the ESPN+ production and student media overseen by the department.
