ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN POLITICAL SCIENCE
Assistant Professor in American Politics and Computational Social Science The Department of Political Science at the University of Iowa invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor with a focus in American Politics and Computational Social Science (e.g. Machine learning, text/audio/video as data, networks, big data). The Department welcomes applications from candidates in any subfield in American politics who are doing research using computational social science approaches. Candidates must be able to teach courses in American politics as well as introductory and advanced graduate quantitative methods courses, including computational social science courses. Candidates should clearly describe their research
