Tenure-track position in Human Resources/Organizational Behaviour
The Faculty of Business Administration is committed to excellence and relevance in its teaching, research and community engagement. Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior at the rank of assistant professor with a proposed commencement date of July 1, 2024. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position is subject to budgetary approval. Applicants should have or be very near completion of a PhD or DBA, have demonstrated research productivity commensurate with the rank, and a commitment to teaching and research in a university environment. The successful applicant will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and conduct research in the area of Human Resources Management
