Along with at least 3-5 years of classroom social studies teaching experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, qualified applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, have excellent classroom management, differentiated instruction, and strong communication skills. Must be able to collaborate well with peers, and be proficient with instructional technology. Flexibility and ability to work within a demanding environment where developing positive community relations are critical. Experience in an independent day school, advanced educational degree, and Educator certification a plus.
