Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The post-doc will work with Dr. Wenwu Tang on a series of geospatially related research projects or tasks in Center for Applied Geographic Information Science
Assist in geospatial data analytics and modeling for complex spatial or spatiotemporal problem solve
Assist in paper writing, report writing, proposal development and related collaborations
Assist in CAGIS' operations such as seminar series organization, project meeting organization, web site maintenance and update
If desired, the candidate will have an opportunity to teach a portion of Dr. Wenwu Tang's courses.

Minimum Experience / Education:
The Postdoctoral appointee must have recently (within the last eight years) been awarded a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D., M.D.)
Ph.D. in Geography, Geographic Information Science, Data Science or Computer Science
Training in CyberGIS, GeoAI, geospatial data science, and GIS programming
Research interest in GeoAI and Geospatial Data Science, CyberGIS
