They implement a wide variety of teaching strategies that cater to individual student needs and abilities, including those of English Language Learners. Creating a safe learning environment that aligns with the school's mission and vision is also a key responsibility.
In addition to creating engaging lessons, the teacher utilizes a range of assessments to evaluate student learning and monitors progress, providing consistent and timely feedback to support their development. Competently using media and technology as teaching tools enhances the learning experience, and incorporating Service Learning into instructional units enriches student engagement with real-world issues.
