The Head Women’s Rugby Coach is responsible for creating and maintaining a successful Women’s Rugby program. The Head Coach is responsible the overall operation of a Women’s Rugby team that competes in the NIRA, including hiring and managing a staff of assistant coaches as well as evaluating, recruiting, training and coaching Cadet-Athletes to compete successfully against intercollegiate-level competition. This position reports directly to the assigned Sport Administrator, keeping them apprised of all planning, organizing, staffing and development of the Army West Point Women’s Rugby program.
